Frequently Asked Questions
Your first visit at Cook Chiropractic Center is all about getting to know you and understanding how your body and nervous system are functioning.
We'll talk through your health history and goals, complete a chiropractic exam and nervous system scans when appropriate, and provide your first
adjustment. At your second visit, we'll review what we found, discuss recommendations, and create a personalized plan to help you move toward
your health goals.
At Cook Chiropractic Center, we believe your body was designed with an incredible ability to heal, adapt, and thrive. Our care goes beyond simply
chasing symptoms. We focus on the spine and nervous system and how well your body is adapting to the physical, chemical, and emotional stresses of everyday life. Our goal is to help individuals and families feel better, function better, and build a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.
Our doctors use a variety of gentle, hands-on chiropractic techniques tailored to each person's age, needs, and comfort level. Adjustments are
designed to improve the function of the spine and nervous system so your body can better adapt, regulate, and function as it was designed to. We
care for everyone from newborns and children to adults, athletes, pregnant moms, and seniors.
Many people first come to us because they're experiencing things like back or neck discomfort, headaches, tension, or other challenges. But
chiropractic care isn't just about symptoms. Our focus is on improving the function of the spine and nervous system so your body can better adapt to stress and express greater health and well-being. That's why many of our patients choose to continue chiropractic care as part of their ongoing
wellness lifestyle.
Yes. Our doctors use gentle, age-appropriate chiropractic techniques for babies, children, teens, adults, and seniors. Cook Chiropractic Center has
a strong focus on pediatric and family chiropractic care, and we love seeing entire families make chiropractic part of their wellness routine. Care is always individualized based on each person's age, needs, and stage of life.
One of the things our patients love about Cook Chiropractic Center is that regular chiropractic visits can fit easily into everyday life. While your
first visits are longer so we can complete your consultation, examination, and recommendations, routine adjustment visits are typically quick and
efficient. Our open adjusting environment also makes it easy for individuals and families to get adjusted and get back to their day. Most first visits are about 25-30 minutes. Subsequent visits are shorter and we prioritize making it efficient and not having long wait times.
